St. Lazarus Behavioral Health is proud to be associated with Ms. Ruth  Etiesit Samuel; just admitted into the Morehead - Cain Graduating Class of 2021.

"Morehead - Cain was the first merit scholarship program established in the United States. Founded at the first public university in the United States. Established in 1945 and inspired by the Rhodes Scholarship at Oxford University, the Morehead-Cain provides an undergraduate experience without peer."

Ms. Ruth Etiesit Samuel was born at the King's College Hospital, London; England in June 1999.
She attended First Presbyterian Day School, Macon; GA where she graduated with Honors with Distinction, and STEM endorsement in 2017.
